In case I brought the device personally to service, is possible to send it back via transport service?

Yes,if the device is packed in original package or package suitable for transportation.

Can you issue invoice as payment method?

In case you allready had 3 cas payments in our service center before, it´s possible to issue invoice for you.

Is also the SW problems solved in Český servis?

Yes,but it´s paid service.

Can I track the repair status via web ?

Yes,in repair tracking section. You will need the customer ID and password.

How much costs diagnostics and how long does it take ?

Diagnostics price is CZK 390 without VAT (for servers and disk arrays will be charged diagnostics CZK 790  without VAT, for TV and LFD monitors from 40“ + will be charged diagnostics CZK 490 without VAT). Usually it takes 3-5 working days. In case of post warranty  repair with approved price quotation, diagnostics is free of charge.

Are credit cards accepted as payment method?

Yes,but only at Prague and Brno branches.

Can you backup my data for me?

Yes,it´s paid service and price quotation is based on data amount.

Can I have loaner unit for the repair period?

Yes,actualy printers, iPhone and MacBooks are available for this service.

I have defective device and I would like to solve the repair on my site. Is possible to arrange visit of engineer?

Yes,we are capable to arrange on-site service for you. For realization, e-mailrequest is needed. In the subject, please write the word „Výjezd“. Mandatorydetails in mail are: Serial number, model code and type of device (in case of warranty repairs), defect, contact person and address.

Do I need to back up my data before sending to the service?

Yes, please back up your data before sending your device to the service. (The Service is not responsible for damage or loss of programs, data, and removable storage media.)
