What is needed for a warranty repair?
(valid for all producers)

1. Copy of invoice and delivery note.
2. WARRANTY CERTIFICATE.
3. In case you are sending the device to the service point by post or a cargo company it is best to send it in original packing, so that you avoid potential damage by transportation. If you already do not have the original package you need to pack the equipment as carefully as it could stand a possible fall out. It means to line the box with a soft material in all sides so that the device would not move at all in the box.
