Devices, which are sent to service center by transport service must be packed properly, ideally in the original package with all accessories, in case of warranty repair, package must contain original warranty card and / or  invoice. In the case of missing documents, the device will not be accepted and will be returned!

LCD monitor package contents :
- monitor, stand, power cord, VGA (D-SUB) cable, manual, driver CD ROM.
  - In case, that monitor is equipped with DVI input, DVI cable is included.
  - If the monitor is equipped with speakers, audio cable (Jack) is included.
  - If the DVB tuner is equipped, the package contains remote controller.

Český Servis a.s. is not liable for any transport damages caused by unoriginal packed devices, and cannot accept guarantee in case that improperly packed device is damaged during transport .

In accordance with change of Samsung claims procedure valid from 1.6.2010 we provide only exchanges of such printer supplies, which are part of original printer package.  (e.g. starter toner).

For warranty claim is necessary to provide complete printer package with all accessories, proof of purchase (invoice)  and / or properly filled warranty card.

Any separately sold printer supply (toner, fuser unit, transfer belt, image drum) must be claimed at distributor or dealer.
